Community Service & Outreach Committee

Giving back is at the core of the Ladies League of Baltimore. We are dedicated to supporting our community and honoring the impact it has had on shaping us. Each year, we host three dynamic community service projects, organized by our passionate Community Service and Outreach Committee.

Past projects include sponsoring holiday families, partnering with Self-Less Saturdays to feed the homeless, and hosting a Back-to-School Drive.

LLOB sisters are required to participate in at least one project annually. Donations may be solicited to cover project costs, ensuring our efforts directly benefit those in need and make a lasting impact! Our sisters lead with heart, making meaningful contributions in every project. Through these acts of service, we strengthen bonds within our sisterhood while uplifting our neighbors. Together, we create a ripple effect of kindness and generosity across our community.

Hospitality Committee

The Ladies League of Baltimore's Hospitality Committee is dedicated to showing love and support to our sisters during life’s most meaningful moments. Whether it’s illness, bereavement, or a joyful milestone, we ensure our members receive a thoughtful gift on behalf of LLOB.

Working closely with the Membership Committee, we make sure no sister faces tough times, successes or blessings alone including the loss of a loved one, birth or engagement, graduation or achievement, surgery or illness, or taking care of their mental health needs. Hospitality is here to care, comfort, and celebrate our members!

Leadership Committee

The Leadership Committee is the powerhouse of our organization, made up of up to nine dynamic and dedicated members, each handpicked by our Chapter Director, Michelle Green. This amazing team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our group. They create vital policies, make strategic decisions, and guide the direction of our sisterhood with purpose and passion.

From counseling the Chapter Director on key matters to confirming new members, revoking memberships when necessary, and mediating group issues, the committee ensures our integrity and unity remain strong. With our growing membership, the Leadership Committee was established to help manage major decisions and maintain harmony within our expanding sisterhood. Their commitment to order, growth, and the collective success of our group is what keeps us thriving!

Membership Committee

The Ladies League of Baltimore's Membership Committee is the heartbeat of our sisterhood, driving engagement, retention, and recruitment with enthusiasm and passion! They make sure our members stay connected, supported, and on track by checking in regularly and ensuring calendars are updated with LLOB events and obligations. They even reach out to those who may be missing from meetings or events, making sure no one feels left behind.

The committee also plays a key role in welcoming new members, ensuring they feel valued, loved, and part of our community. Through open houses, social media outreach, and constant support, they bring new sisters into our fold with open arms and help them thrive!
